Event description

he Vision Impaired Dance classes are a fun, social way to help you improve fitness and posture, exercise your body and mind, and listen to great music in a social environment.

Dancers take cues through a physical connection, with the leader using the connection to communicate with the follower and the follower using it to suggest feedback.

Dancing is for everyone!
