Making Menopause Marvellous: A Night of Answers & Empowerment

Tuesday 14 October | 7PM
The Pantry: 4 Eastfield Drive Lincoln
$12: includes one hot or cold drink and a goody bag

Feeling confused about perimenopause or menopause? You’re not alone and you’re not going mad.

Come join us for a cosy, info-packed evening where we unpack what’s really going on and share practical, evidence-based tools to help you feel more in control of your body, your mind, and your health.

Led by Meredith, a therapist with a background as a midwife and gynaecology nurse Making Menopause Marvellous empowers women to understand what’s happening in their bodies, explore both medical and holistic options, and feel confident about what comes next.

We’ll be covering:
✨ HRT, what it is and how it works
✨ Mindfulness & mindset tools to support your nervous system
✨ Lifestyle changes that make a real difference
✨ Supplements, what actually helps (and what’s hype)
✨ Sleep, stress & self-care practical tips that work
✨ How to advocate for yourself with your GP

This is a relaxed, friendly event perfect for women at any stage of their menopause journey. Whether you’re in the thick of symptoms or just curious about what’s ahead, you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and connected.

Every guest receives a wee goody bag, a free menopause-support hypnosis recording to help you feel calm, grounded, and in control, plus valuable handouts on symptoms, supplements, and simple support strategies.

Women come for the information but they stay for the connection, the laughs, and the reminder that they’re not alone.
