Yoga increases kids' confidence, builds concentration and strengthens growing bodies.

It provides a great balance to a healthy and active lifestyle. All kids 5 to 14 years are invited to join VJ Academy - Soulspace for an engaging and relaxing 60 minute Yoga session to help increase strength, balance and coordination. Asanas, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, and mindfulness techniques explored as well.

Sign up today, and tell your friends. Places are limited, therefore if you change your mind about attending please cancel your ticket through Humanitix so that others can have the chance to join in.

Wyndham Active Holidays is being run in partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with VJ Academy - Soulspace.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
