Yoga increases confidence, builds concentration and strengthens growing bodies. It provides a great balance to a healthy and active lifestyle. Enjoy and relax with the sound vibrations.

Strengthen family bonds and create togetherness while enjoying the benefits of yoga. Poses will be explained in a kid-friendly way.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
Yoga mat or towel
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

Wyndham Active Holidays is a partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with Yoga Meditation and Healing 365.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
