Are your kids interested in developing their strength and conditioning with the help of expert coaches?

This session for 7 to 13 year olds, is a games-based and developmentally safe approach to movement and fitness combined with a safe strength and conditioning programming.

Kids are coached to improve body awareness and control, and increase strength and fitness with a big focus on core strength.

They will learn to move safely and efficiently, learn new skills they can use inside and outside of the gym (many with crossover benefits to any sport) and develop their physical and mental resilience in a safe, fun environment.

Wyndham Active Holidays is being run in partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with CrossFit Hoppers Crossing.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
