Join in this beginner Kids Yoga class for 6 to 12 year olds.

Yoga meditation and healing helps children unwind and relax with movements. Learn simple yoga postures. Enjoy a fun yogic game. Heal and relax to the mantra chanting along with singing bowl vibrations . - No experience needed.

If your child enjoys the class, chat to the instructor to find out how they can carry on.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
