Join in this Yoga and Meditation class for children 6 to 12 year olds.

Yoga increases confidence, builds concentration and strengthens growing bodies. It provides a great balance to a healthy and active lifestyle. Kids will also get to experience the benefits of meditation, developing new skills and relaxing with the sound vibrations.

This session is a great opportunity to the curious minds to discover themselves.

If your child enjoys the class, chat to the instructor to find out how they can carry on.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
Yoga mat or towel
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
