Constant Evolution Personal Trainer Troy Willems will deliver a small group training session tailored for teens looking to build strength. Grow confidence in the gym, and be supported with safe and effective technique.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
