Anu from YMH365 (Yoga Meditation Healing 365) is inviting teen girls and women to a free Yoga class as part of Wyndham Girls Can and This Girl Can week
Yoga meditation and healing helps you unwind and relax with movements. Learn simple yoga postures. Heal and relax to the mantra chanting along with singing bowl vibrations . - No experience needed.
A great opportunity for Mums and Teen daughters to hang out together.
Please bring:
- a drink bottle with water
- a yoga mat or beach towel if you do not have one
- wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
