Wyndham Park Community Centre Annual General Meeting 2026: Table Talks
Description
WPCC Annual General Meeting 2026: Table Talks
This year's WPCC Annual General Meeting will take a different approach.
Before we get down to the formal business of the AGM, we're inviting our community to join us for Table Talks, a facilitated conversation about the issues, opportunities and priorities that matter to people living and working in the West.
The evening is designed to bring together people who have a connection with WPCC, including community members, volunteers, participants, partner organisations, community organisations and supporters.
You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, contribute ideas and hear from others about what they are seeing across their communities.
What will we talk about?
Our facilitated Table Talks will explore questions such as:
What are you seeing and hearing in your community?
What are the biggest opportunities or challenges facing communities in the West?
What needs to change, improve or be strengthened?
What role can grassroots community organisations play?
What should WPCC be thinking about as we plan for the future?
We'll also share information about WPCC's work and upcoming changes affecting the community sector, including changes to Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) arrangements.
What happens with your ideas?
We don't want the conversation to end when the event does.
The ideas and feedback gathered during the Table Talks will be captured and considered as part of WPCC's strategic planning. We will also report back to participants about how the ideas and themes raised have contributed to WPCC's future direction.

Registration is required.
What is a Table Talk?
Table Talks are facilitated small-group conversations designed to make it easy for everyone to contribute.
You'll sit around a table with other people connected to the community, with a facilitator guiding the conversation. You don't need to prepare anything or be an expert. We're interested in what you know, what you've experienced and what you think the community needs.
Share what communities in the West need and contribute to conversations about the issues that should be heard by decisionmakers.
