The Official Launch of Xccelerate21

Join us as we partner with x15ventures for the official launch of Xccelerate21. 

This year, x15 are seeking founders who are reimagining the retail experience. 

The event will open with an introduction from Stone & Chalk CEO, Alex Scandurra. We’ll then welcome Toby Norton-Smith from x15 to officially launch the program. We'll begin with an insightful presentation around the trends and the future of retail by John Batistich from Zip Co. This will be followed by an interactive panel discussion moderated by Toby and Yish Koh from x15. 

In this discussion, you’ll hear from special guests, including:

• Omaya Robinson, CommBank: Omaya will explore the world of Retail, how it’s being redefined, and the opportunities for startups to enter this space. 
• John Batistich, Zip Co: John will share insights through his many years of experience in the retail sector. 
• Toby Norton-Smith, x15: Toby will detail how startups can apply to Xccelerate21 and what makes the program unique to the startup ecosystem. 
• Tim Harley and James Bowe, OwnHome: Last year’s winners will share how they launched OwnHome with Xccelerate, and their experience with the program.
• Elliott Donazzan, Payble: Elliott will share his experience as a founder and how x15 has helped his startup journey.

About Xccelerate21

x15 are seeking founders who are reimagining how customers shop, pay and are rewarded throughout their retail experience. They are looking to meet founders who are early in the development of their startup and are: 

• Supporting businesses in the digital transition to online or marketplace models.
• Solving challenges around payments and cash flow, for both customers and businesses.
• Connecting businesses with the right customers and ensuring long lasting relationships.

As part of Xccelerate21, you’ll learn how to grow your startup, gain industry insights from CommBank experts, access resources, and pitch your idea at the end of the program. The winner of the final pitch event will also be offered a $150K SAFE note!
