XCHANGE Market Online Meeting | Special Guest Michael Kirman of Steve's Music

Join us for another insightful conversation as we welcome Michael Kirman, President of Steve's Music, one of Canada's most recognized and respected music retailers.

For decades, Steve's Music has been a cornerstone of the Canadian music community. Founded in Montreal in 1965 by Steve Kirman, the company grew from a single neighborhood music store into a trusted destination for musicians across Canada, serving generations of artists, educators, and music enthusiasts.

In this special episode, Michael will share the story behind the difficult decision to close the remaining Steve's Music retail stores, reflecting on the challenges facing today's music retail industry, the legacy of a family business that has shaped Canada's music scene for over 60 years, and the lessons learned throughout the journey.

This promises to be an honest, thoughtful, and inspiring conversation about resilience, change, and the future of music retail. We hope you'll join us and be part of the discussion.
