FAQs
- When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a ticket confirmation as soon as you purchase a ticket. Ticket QR codes and exact location, will be sent out a few weeks prior to the event. This will reduce the potential for scams and ticket re-selling.
- Can I camp with my car?
Unfortunately not, the car park is in a different area removed from the camping.
- How far is the car park from the camp site?
The car park is down on the main festival site about a 5 min walk away from the camp site.
- Is there a faculties in the camping area?
We will supply portaloos, water tanks, rubbish bins and out door showers in the camp site.
- Whats the go with food?
There will be multiple food vendors on the main festival site but none in the camping area.
You will be allowed to bring your own food, gas cookers or bbqs for the camping area.
- How far is the drive from Te Whanganui-a-Tara or Tāmaki Makaurau
Its a 3.5 hour drive from Te Whanganui-a-Tara and a 5 hour drive from Tāmaki Makaurau. Set your destination to Raetihi for a estimate.
- If I cant make it how do I sell my ticket?
We will have a re-sale ticketing service set up via exclusively through Humanitix. You can do this privately, or publicly.
DO NOT sell your ticket using any other service (eg Tixel)
- Do I need my ID to enter the festival?
Yes this is a 18+ event and you will also need the name on your ticket to match with a valid ID on entry.
- If I get a sleeper car pass can I camp with my friends in the main camp site?
Unfortunately not the sleeper can camp site will be in another area strictly for sleeper cars only.
