Xiao Pu wine list takeover at Cardwell Cellars!
Straight form Shanghai, Xiao Pu's Ian Dai will be taking over Cardwell Cellars for a night - pouring cuvées from Hebei, Ningxia, and Yunnan.
Xiao Pu was founded in 2017 as a travelling negociant / winery that produces idiosyncratic cuvées experimenting with extended maceration, alternative varieties, and multi-vintage blending. Translating to ‘Little Garden’, Xiao Pu wines are a product of nature, made with sustainable practices and respect for the land and its people. Ian Dai works with local growers who share the vision of sustainable agriculture to produce wines with uniquely Chinese characteristics.
