In the CAP, you will review ‘best practice’, the latest research, and case studies, whilst working through these concepts with a network of peers. The program will provide you with updated skills to help in your own professional development that you can apply back at your organisation straight away.  During the course of the Program, you create an action plan for your change initiative, so you can put the program learnings into effect when you return to work.  The interactive nature of the Program will allow you to utilise your new connections as a peer support network.

Duration:  One day face-to-face session in Sydney followed by three online coaching sessions

Location:  Attendees will be contacted with the Sydney venue location two weeks prior to the face-to-face session
