Christmas Market Day

Calling all stallholders to join us for this fun, festive day!

Stalls to be open 9:00am-1:00pm 

Vendor to supply everything required for their stall (tables, chairs etc.) which will be set up outdoors. Gazebos to be set up on grass in courtyard and weighted, not pegged. Stalls without gazebos will be located around the verandahs. No gazebos permitted on verandahs. Limited trestle tables available for hire for a fee.

No trash & treasure stalls please. All food or drink for sale MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to the event by Ravensthorpe CRC.

Stall sites will be allocated by the event organiser via email prior to the event.

Market Stall Terms and Conditions

• Stall holders must hold their own insurance and participate at their own risk - please provide your Certificate of Currency to hello@ravycrc.com.au

• It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they comply with any necessary health and safety legislation.

• All equipment brought onto the site is the sole responsibility of the stallholder.

• Bays will be allocated by the event organiser via email prior to event. A staff member will be available from 7:30am on event day to direct you.

• No gazebos permitted on verandahs.

• For gazebos on lawn - no pegs permitted, gazebos must be weighted.

• All stalls to be set up by 8:45am and must not be dismantled until 1pm. The venue will not be secure after the market - all stalls must be fully removed.

• No food or drink for sale unless prior approval is granted from Ravensthorpe CRC.

• There is limited access to mains electricity - please advise any needs at time of application.

• All stall holders must ensure their bay is free from litter and that all rubbish is removed and/or disposed of into approved bins.
