xW4W UnConference 2026

A free global online UnConference for people building, leading, and supporting impact initiatives that benefit women.

xW4W brings together founders, teams, community builders, investors, allies, partners, and organisers from around the world to share ideas, collaborate, and strengthen support for the initiatives being showcased.

This is not a traditional conference. There is no fixed speaker lineup and no passive audience. The agenda is co-created by the community. Participants can suggest, request, and upvote session ideas, and anyone can host or facilitate. These sessions can take any form you like, including but not limited to relaxed conversations, workshops, panel discussions, fireside chats, speaker sessions etc.

There is nothing quite like this out there; not collaboratively created like this, with this purpose, designed to amplify impact initiatives around the world that benefit women.

Who is it for?
xW4W is for anyone building or wanting to support impact initiatives created and / or led by women to benefit women.

This is an inclusive event for people of all gender identities.

You might be part of a startup, social enterprise, nonprofit, investor community, grassroots initiative, or ecosystem, partnership, or advocacy organisation.

If your work is led by women, supports women, or exists to improve women’s lives, you belong in the conversation.

How it works
There are two parts to the event:

6–16 May 2026 — Agenda co-creation
Participants help shape the program by suggesting, refining, and supporting session ideas online and in live co-creation sessions.

18–24 May 2026 — xW4W UnConference week
The live event runs across the week, with participants joining the sessions most relevant to them.

You do not need to attend the full week. Join the sessions that suit your interests, availability, and timezone.

Scheduling
Because this is a global event, the schedule is built around participant availability across timezones. Session times are designed to reflect the reality of an international community, not just a single location.

6 May PDT / 7 May AEST — First live agenda co-creation session
12 May PDT / 13 May AEST — Second live agenda co-creation session
16 May AEST — Final agenda shared with participants
17 May AEST — Final public schedule announced
18 May PDT / 19 May AEST — xW4W begins
23 May PDT / 24 May AEST — xW4W ends

Language
xW4W will run in English. People of all language backgrounds are welcome. If language support would help you participate, please contact the events team and we will do our best to help.

We will look to host future xW4W events in multiple languages where possible.

Cost
Free to attend.
