•ABOUT THE ARTISTS• 

YAIMA

Featuring Multi-Instrumentalist & Producer Masaru Higasa from Okinawa, Japan and Vocalist Pepper Proud from Seattle, WA. Yaima has often been described as timeless and unmistakable, offering a balanced synergy of both the masculine and feminine expression.

Their melodious soundscapes showcase instruments from all over the world. Inspired by the Majesty of Nature their musings encompass the listener with driving and revitalizing organic rhythms, transcendent electronic production, warm soothing female vocals and heartened lyricism.

Their intention is to create a bridge between Nature and Humankind, an expansive experience that encourages growth and graceful passage for the hearts and minds of their listeners.

The name YAIMA emerges from two sources one from the Mapudungun language meaning "that which water runs through” and the other from the culturally preserved Yaeyama District of Okinawa Japan-Over the last 5 years YAIMAs music has been reaching the ears and hearts of listeners from all around the world.

HÄANA

Häana is a future ethereal artist merging music + technology + art. She has an affinity for strings and synths, painting textures with vocals, and merging nature sounds with electronic frequencies to create immersive sonic landscapes. Häana counts Massive Attack, Björk, and RY X as influences in crafting her productions. The resulting sonic palette takes listeners on a journey whose destination is a crossroads between classical and contemporary, organic & man-made, familiar and mysterious.

Equally versed in live performance as well as production, Häana has performed at numerous international music festivals (Coachella, OZORA, Boom, Tech Open Air in Berlin, Shambhala, Envision), as well as performed as a live electronic sound artist for brands Intel, Ferrari, Apple, and Nike and a guest artist at Berklee in Valencia, Spain. Häana is also a film score composer and has scored a 90-min feature documentary This Cold Life (produced by Time, INC) and music for Heavy Water (produced by Red Bull). "One-of-a-kind atmospheric sonic experience" - Magnetic Magazine listed Häana's release Saliah as one of 15 best indie electronic tracks of Feb 2023.

Water Eye

Offering ‘trans-genre’ sound that moves your hearts, minds and bodies. Water Eye channels divine imagination:
weaving intricate lyrics over soundscapes created by live looping instruments and layering vocals. Water Eye evokes
styles that range from ‘ambient now age soul folk’ to ‘down tempered hippy hop’. The vibe comes through strongest
and clearest in the art and heart of Water Eye’s freestyle. One of Water Eye’s special effects and favorite things to do;
is ask the listeners and participants for words or subjects, have them come to the altar and draw a card, or dance
their prayer and then freestyle improvise a song for that moment. This has inspired healing tears, holy laughter and
palpable potent heart centered presence. For Water Eye, this is the highest gift she can channel. To facilitate a felt
sense of the mystery that weaves awake our awareness of the One Mind, One Heart, One Spirit, One Love that
unites us all.

and in the flow of right relation with all life. I strive to emanate this beauty way through my life and creativity.”
Having had the privilege to travel the world sharing her muse and offerings at festivals like Imagine and Beloved as
well as open for conscious culture icons like Porangui, Yaima, Ayla Nereo to name a few. Water Eye currently resides
in Portland, Oregon as a creative community member, sharing her music locally, at festivals, and bookending DJs at
ecstatic dances.
