Travel instructions

Public transport: 500m from Lilydale train station via Main Street. Vehicle: Advise traffic controllers on Market Street that you require accessibility drop off and parking. They will direct you the drop off bay at the event entrance and parking is available in a designated car park approx 50m away.

Entry instructions

Enter at 27 Market Street Lilydale. The event site is a car park and hall. Both are completely flat, without stairs.

If you require seating please contact Mel Jansen on 0417 147 333. It would be great if you can let me know prior to your arrival so reserved seating can be arranged.

Toilet location

There is one portable accessible toilet on site. It is located with the other portable toilets. If access is an issue please notify staff who will guide you to the staff toilets which will be easier.

Accessible parking

Designated parking spaces 50m from the event gate. Please advise traffic controllers as you approach.
