Yatra Kundalini Activation is a process of letting go that allows you to activate your life force energy through resonance effect, entering an unprecedented state of expanded consciousness. Surrender to this moment of introspection with confidence for a profound transformation at all levels.

YKA Session Overview: 


A YKA session lasts approximately two hours. Lying on a yoga mat or a flat surface, all you need to do is close your eyes and relax.

During the first half hour, Celine Bergamini, the facilitator, will introduce the session, provide all necessary instructions, and answer any questions you may have.

Then, you will be invited to lie down, with your camera on and eyes closed, while music plays for one hour.

A specially designed playlist will guide you through 12 stages of transformation, leading you into an energetic activation that may induce a conscious trance.

The facilitator will personally attend to you and the entire group from a distance, guiding you throughout the process. She will also chant certain mantras in Sanskrit and use Light Language to assist you in your activation. You don't have to do anything except welcome the energy within you and feel it circulate while focusing on your physical, emotional, and energetic sensations.

At the end of the music, Celine will address any questions you may have.

This experience relies on your ability to let go and requires an open mind and heart. Surrender completely to the experience. The more you relax, the greater the benefits you will derive from it.
