• What does my ticket include?

  Once you’re through the doors, we’ve got you.
  

  Your all-inclusive ticket includes a welcome cocktail on arrival, food throughout the evening including roving canapés, mini meals and an interactive live food station, plus a four-hour beverage package.

  There’ll also be music, entertainment, photo opportunities and a few surprises we’re keeping under wraps until the night.

• Do I HAVE to dress to the theme?

  No one is getting turned away at the door for insufficient celestial energy 😂

  But this is your opportunity to have some fun with it. Our theme is Celestial Bodies, inspired by everything from stars, moons and galaxies to gods, goddesses, heavenly bodies and the iconic 2018 Met Gala.

  Go subtle. Go sparkly. Go completely unhinged. We just want you to feel fabulous.

• Is the venue accessible?

  Yes! The Warehouse has lift access between levels. If you have any specific accessibility requirements or there’s anything we can do to make the night easier for you, please reach out to us before the event so we can help.

• Can I park nearby?

  The Warehouse is at 8 McLachlan Street, Fortitude Valley. The Warehouse

  The venue recommends McWhirters Secure Parking at 13 Warner Street, approximately 300m from The Warehouse. There is also paid street parking and other secure parking throughout Fortitude Valley ( just make sure you check the parking restrictions before abandoning your chariot for the evening).

• Can I get there by public transport?

  Absolutely — and honestly, if you’re planning on having a few drinks, this may be the move.

  Fortitude Valley Station is approximately a 4-6 minute walk from The Warehouse, and there are several bus stops within a couple of minutes of the venue.

• Is there accomodation nearby?

  If you're travelling in or simply planning to make a night of it, there are plenty of accommodation options nearby.

• Can I bring my partner or a friend?

  Absolutely! While Yeah The Vendors is an event for the wedding industry, your plus one doesn't need to work in weddings.

  Partners, friends and designated dance-floor companions are very welcome — they'll just need their own ticket.

• Is this a networking event?

  Technically, you will be in a room with hundreds of people from the wedding industry.

  But no awkward networking energy here.

  Yeah The Vendors is about actually getting to hang out with the people we spend our working lives alongside. Come with your industry besties, meet some new ones, have a drink and enjoy yourself.

• What happens if I can no longer attend?

  We know plans change! Tickets can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event, with a 85% refund of the ticket price.

  The remaining 15% is retained to cover non-refundable booking, payment processing and administration costs associated with your ticket.

  Within 30 days of the gala, tickets are non-refundable, as final guest numbers and event costs will have been confirmed.

  Can’t make it anymore? You’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else rather than cancelling — just update the attendee details before the event.
