Connection and community over shared Paella and dessert

Dear Year 7, 2027 Families,

We warmly invite you to join us for a shared meal as we welcome you to the Emmaus community. This relaxed gathering is a wonderful opportunity for students, families, and staff to connect, build new friendships, and begin the exciting journey into secondary school together.

Enjoy a delicious paella dinner, cooked onsite, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

📅 Date: Friday 6 November 2026

🕔 Time: 5:00pm - 6:30pm

📍 Location: South Plympton Campus

Attire: Students are welcome to wear casual clothes.

After-School Supervision for Year 6 Students

We are pleased to offer after-school supervision for Year 6 students until the event begins at 5:00pm. While many students prefer to head home after what is often a busy and exciting day, we understand that this may not be possible for all families.

If you would like your child to attend supervised care, please select an 'After-School Supervision Ticket' when completing the registration form. Light snacks will be provided.

Please note that, due to capacity limitations, this service is available only for future Year 7 students and cannot accommodate siblings.

We look forward to meeting you and your family as we begin this exciting new chapter together.
