Want to explore the power of the breath?

Join us and take part in this open group Rebirthing Breath Journey on Saturday the 18th of June. 

This Breath Journey will be lead by facilitators trained in the simple, safe and highly potent style of Rebirthing Breathwork. 

Lead facilitator - International Breath Mastery Facilitator, Roberto Suarez (United States)(One on one sessions available - please reach out to dan@yes-and.com.au 

No experience required. 

Duration: 3hrs which includes: 

  • An introduction
  • Breathwork
  • Integration

Cost: via contribution, via this site or cash on arrival/post event.
