YES Northland Regional Awards Dinner 2026

After 3 School Terms of hard, consistent work from our Northland Participants in The Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme, we invite you to celebrate with them and with each other as we recognise the finalists and winners of our 11 Regional Excellence Awards (NorthPower Award - Technology, Makana Confections Award - Tourism and Related industries, Blue House Trust Award - Resilience and Committment, BDO Award - Rangatahi Business, BDO Award - Young Managing Director, Ventia Award - Communication, Sales and Marketing, Weaver Food Group Award - Sustainability, Deloitte Award - Business Management, YES Northland Award - Financial Management, Frank Leadley Award - Enterprise Champion and YES Northland Award - Innovation and Growth Potential)

We will hear from several current YES students as well as YES Northland Alumni.

After an afternoon of Pitch Finals in the Taniwha Tank, we will also be announcing the winner of our supreme award for the year - the Top Energy Award for YES Northland Company of the Year 2026. This team will head down to Wellington in December to represent Northland at the YES National Pitch Finals, where the YES Company of the year will be decided and announced at a gala dinner afterwards.

This celebration is held around a beautiful buffet dinner, catered by Neat Eats.
