Yes You Can Be A Poet! with Amy
Event description
Poetry is often seen as something that only certain people can do. It can also be seen as boring, stuffy. This is not true! Poetry can be extremely accessible, playful, and deeply rewarding. Why? Because poetry is all about the person writing it! And no two people are the same! The most important thing is to feel safe enough to explore, experiment, and tap into your poetic voice. And getting in touch with your poetic voice and sharing it with others in a safe, supportive and inspiring space can be incredibly fun, stimulating and healing. Especially in these times, where we need expression and connection!
Join acclaimed published poet and cabaret performer Amy Bodossian for this introduction to poetry workshop. Create new poetry in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment!
