Event description
♡ Join us for an afternoon to welcome the warmer weather of Spring with our Yin & Gin event!
Release and unwind with a gentle Yin Yoga flow from the beautiful Natasha at Atlas of Wellbeing, designed to help you relax and restore and connect back to your body.
Then create your own mixer at our gin station, where you can mix and match botanicals and garnishes for a personalised, refreshing drink! Platter and nibbles will also be provided, as well as non-alcoholic options.
Bring along a friend and come and spend a beautiful afternoon of stretching, sipping, and connecting with like-minded individuals ♡

What to expect: A balanced afternoon of Yin Yoga flow (~60mins) for all levels, no prior yoga experience required. We will then gather and relax creating our own refreshing drinks and soak up the balmy afternoon sunshine!
Please do inform us of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy, as well as dietary requirements (note: some gluten and diary free options will be available) and we are happy to accommodate.
What to bring: Mats are provided, but if you prefer your own yoga mat please bring along. Please wear comfortable clothing to be able to move and stretch in. It is advisable to wear layers and bring along long sleeves/jumper for afterwards. If you enjoy having a blanket or towel for your practice, please bring along.
