Autumn equinox is a sacred time to pause and honour the balance between light and dark. It's a time to let go of the peak energy and intensity of summer and the festival season, preparing to slow down and turn inwards. The evening will include a sharing circle, yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments and reflection on how we are experiencing this time in the ever-changing cycle.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required. Find us in the studio at the back of the car park.
