Yin & Sound
Event description
We invite you to take some time for yourself and join us for a deeply nourishing evening of yin yoga accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Clare will guide you through a very gentle, one hour, yin yoga session. NEW TO YIN YOGA OR YOGA IN GENERAL?
This yoga session is beginner friendly. It focuses on deep stretches and long holds, with modifications offered for each pose to suit everyone.
Yin yoga is known for its slower, deliberate pace, encouraging self-awareness and connection to body and breath.
The beauty of this event is that you’ll have the sound bowls as accompaniment. So if you want to simply lay and soak in the sounds at any point, you can.
