Yin + Sound with Loren Honey

Join us for an immersive evening of restorative yin yoga finishing with a crystal sound bowls journey. Curated to give you the space to go within, slow down and tune inwards.

Loren will guide you through a gentle and nourishing series of yin yoga shapes using blankets and bolsters to support your body to relax. This gives our beautiful nervous system the time to unwind and ease into the weekend.

Ending with the crystal singing bowls to have a meditative experience and allow integration time.

Loren Honey has been teaching yin yoga regularly for years and is one of Aotearoa's renowned breathwork facilitators with a focus on supporting peoples nervous systems so you will be a good hands.
