We invite you to gather for a 90 min Yin practice led by Kirsty Greene, accompanied with sound by Balvider Singh and Aarti Jadu producing live improvisations on Sitar, Vocals and FX drawing from the musicians personal relationship with indian raag music and ambient electroacoustic music. '

The intention for the session is to practice in the context of community. We hope to offer a space for people to tend to their nervous system and feel connected so that we may continue to step into our collective power and support each other near and far.

YIN + SOUND is suitable for all levels of experience. The practice can be adjusted as required, with options provided for each shape. We have been curating the YIN + SOUND sessions together for over 8 years, and have experience in over 200hrs of certified yoga instructor training, in addition to trauma-informed practice training.
