Join us for a special Sunday morning Yin Yoga and meditation.
The class will be 75 minutes long, with approximately 60 minutes of Yin Yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.
Yin Yoga is a very gentle yoga practice that works with the connective tissue or fascia.
It's very relaxing and meditative and you'll leave feeling a sense of peace and calm to carry into your day.
Mats are supplied, as are bolsters, yoga blocks etc.
So just bring yourself and some water.
