Event description
In these classes we hold postures for a few minutes each allowing the body to release tensions and go deeper. It is a meditative practice with great benefits physically, and to calm the mind.
A great way to wind down and reset after the week.
Please come 5 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.
Please bring your yoga mat, and 2 thick blankets. Any other props you might like to bring (bolster, blocks, eye pillow) are very welcome.
Dress in warm comfortable clothes that allow movement. The heaters will be on.
