Yin Yoga + Live Harp and Accordion Journey🦋

Dear Beautiful Souls,You are warmly invited for a one day special healing session with Yin yoga and a meditative sound journey featuring harp and accordion with us on Saturday 27th July 7pm at Shore Junction in Takapuna.Natsuki's harp and Cam's accordion create a warm soundscape, weaving gentle sounds slowly through time, and connecting with the body's own vibration. As Angie guides the body on a journey through different poses, Natsuki and Cam take us on a journey through different tonalities, and we hope the sounds of these instruments speak just as loud as words to guide us deeper inward.
In Yin yoga we learn that our entire body is connected through invisible pathways called meridians, like rivers of energy that create an integral network that interconnects and encapsulates the tissues and organs of the human body, We move the energy by breathing and visuaizing what is happening inside our bodies.
In this session we are going to inhale and exhale flowing with live music and holding the poses for 5 minutes to go deeper, allowing our sensations to do the rest.When: Saturday 27th July 7pm
