Join us for a Yoga ,Sound & cacao Journey ✨
Marie from Sunset Yoga will be guiding us through a Yin Yoga practice.
Yin is a inward contemplative practice that offers a chance to turn inward and nurture the body mind and spirit. Yin Yoga revitalise the tissue of the body by holding the poses for a few minutes this helps lengthen the muscles and fascia.
We will end with a short Yoga Nidra meditation for ultimate relaxation for the soul
Kim from Cosmic Wellness will be guiding us with light sounds throughout the yoga session then to end a beautiful Sound Journey to finish off. The sounds will take you into a deep relaxation, you can let go of your day and be present in your body. Your mind , body & soul will feel nourished and charged after your journey ❤️🙏
