Experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of Yin

Across this weekend immersion and guided self-paced study, you’ll explore the foundations of Yin Yoga, its philosophical and energetic roots, and practical tools for teaching and living in a more balanced way.

This is not a beginner’s yoga course — it’s for those with an existing practice who are ready to expand into the stillness, wisdom, and depth of Yin.

What you’ll learn

Foundations of Yin Yoga: key postures, rebound, props, functional anatomy
Traditional Chinese Medicine: Meridian Theory, Five Elements, seasonal wisdom
Energetics & Philosophy: Taoism, Yin–Yang theory, meditation in stillness
Trauma-Informed Facilitation: nervous system literacy and safe space holding
Teaching Skills: sequencing, theming, language, pacing, and presence
