As the change of season approaches, it’s vital for body, mind and spirit to prepare as we transition into the season of Spring.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the spleen and stomach are linked to intellect and thought. When balanced, they offer clarity and focus. When imbalanced, they can give rise to overthinking, worry and difficulty letting go.

During this three night series, we will explore the Earth Element, energising and harmonising the relationship between the stomach and spleen. We will focus on the intake of nutrients and the process of elimination, while turning our curiosity to calming the activity of the mind,
