Come join the Enlightened Monkey for a 60 minute yoga flow, in a gentle yin style on this Mother's Day. Where we will connect to Mother Earth 🙏🏻
As we enter the winter months, it's important to take the time to slow down and listen to the body. Yin is a perfect way to help do so, with poses extended over several minutes, to find a tender edge without pain. These extended poses help to release and connect to your fascia, a connected web of tissue from head to toe, helping you release and surrender into the self.
Yin is suitable for all levels, with plenty of variations to suit all bodies.
Mats and bolsters will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you wish.
