Join Karleena and I for 90 minutes of nourishing Yin Yoga practice, Meditation/Yoga Nidra and Intuitive Sound bath. Offering you a space to slow down, relax the physical body and find inner peace. Gently switching from your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating relaxation, reducing stress while gently stretching and restoring. Releasing and letting go of anything that does not serve you. Bring a mat, Bolster or cushion/pillow and blanket to get cozy in meditation. Don't miss out.
