What a year it's been!
From our very first launch to where we are today, YLNOS has grown, evolved and taken on a new direction. Along the way, we've met so many wonderful people, shared memorable moments and discovered more about what we want YLNOS to become.
As we celebrate our first birthday, we'd love to bring everyone together for a special morning of movement, connection, delicious food and a little bit of fun.
Whether you've supported us since day one or have only recently discovered YLNOS, we'd love for you to be part of this milestone.
What's Included
🧘 60 Minutes of Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Begin your morning with a 45-minute Vinyasa flow, followed by 15 minutes of calming Yin yoga, guided by Jen. A balanced practice of movement and stillness, suitable for all levels, including beginners.
🍵 Birthday Catering & Refreshments
Enjoy a selection of savoury and sweet bites, thoughtfully catered by YLNOS, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Each guest will also receive one café drink of their choice, provided by Yume Café.
🌸 The YLNOS Birthday Wish Tree
Leave us a birthday wish or heartfelt message and hang it on our cherry blossom tree. A special memory for us to treasure as YLNOS continues to grow.

A Few Things to Know
All yoga experience levels are welcome, including complete beginners.
Yoga mats will be provided for all guests.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before yoga begins.
On-site parking is available at Yume Café.
Vegetarian and gluten-free catering options will be available.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking.
This is a ticketed event with limited spaces available.
A Note From Us
YLNOS has changed in many ways since our launch, but one thing has remained constant — the people who have supported us along the way.
This first year has been a journey of learning, experimenting, growing and finding our direction. We're excited to share more of that story with you on the day.
More than anything, this celebration is our way of saying thank you for being part of our first chapter.

FAQs
- Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! On-site parking is available at Yume Café in Lansvale, making it convenient for guests arriving by car.
- Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Not at all! YLNOS yoga mats will be provided for all guests. Simply wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring yourself!
- Can I purchase tickets on the day?
Tickets must be purchased in advance through Humanitix. As this is an intimate celebration with limited spaces, we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the day.
- Can I purchase multiple tickets for friends or family?
Absolutely! You're welcome to book multiple tickets in one transaction. Please ensure any dietary requirements are provided for each attendee.
- What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving before 9:30 AM, when yoga begins. If you're running late, please enter quietly and follow our team's directions to avoid interrupting the session.
- What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Please let Jen know before the yoga session begins. Modifications can be offered where appropriate, and you're always welcome to rest or skip movements that don't feel comfortable.
- What if I can no longer attend?
If you're unable to attend, please contact us at hello@ylnos.com.au as soon as possible. Any refund or ticket transfer requests will be handled according to the event's published ticket policy.
- Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and comfortable clothing for yoga! Mats will be provided, and we recommend bringing a water bottle. You're also welcome to bring a change of clothes for the birthday celebrations afterwards.

- Can I bring children?
Our event is designed primarily for adults, with a guided yoga session followed by brunch and birthday activities. If you'd like to bring a child, please contact us before purchasing tickets so we can discuss suitability.
- Can I attend without participating in yoga?
Absolutely! Simply select The Birthday Gathering ticket for $35 and join us from 10:30 AM for the birthday celebrations, catering and activities.
