YODCafé – Picnic in the Park
Description
You are invited to join us at a free social event to encourage people living with young onset dementia, their care partners, families and friends to connect, share time together, and have some fun in an open community space.
Held at the Canning River Regional Park adjoining the Canning River Café and Kent St Weir, you can also walk the Butterflies, Birds and Bridges Loop – a gentle, flat sealed path from Kent St Weir to Greenland St footbridge which is 3.5km there and back. Alternatively, you can enjoy a free trishaw e-bike ride provided by volunteers from Cycling Without Age Perth.
BYO chair and snacks/light lunch. Or you can purchase food and drinks from the Canning River Café.
