Join Art Therapist Wendy House and Yoga Teacher Kate Fallick for this special day for women to gather and be supported.

We look forward to sharing yoga, art and meditation with you for a uplifting day with other like minded women.

What to bring:

All art supplies are provided including aprons.

Please BYO yoga mat and if you don't have one, please ensure you let us know before the day to arrange one for you.
Morning tea is provided
BYO bottle of water
BYO lunch or you can purchase at the bakery next door.

Schedule of day:

08.45am - Arrival and settle in

09.00am - Workshop commences / Welcome / Introductions

09.15am - Yoga with Kate

10.15am - Morning tea (provided)

10.30am - Art Making with Wendy (supplies provided)

12.30pm - Lunch (BYO or purchase from bakery next door)

01.00pm - Meditation with Kate

01.30pm - Closing Circle with Wendy

About the Facilitators:

Wendy House helps women reconnect with themselves through the power of creativity. She is a qualified Counsellor, with a Degree in Counselling and is a Transpersonal Art Therapist. Wendy has worked with women in workshops and one-on-one sessions for years, and has worked alongside Relationships Australia. Wendy is a practicing acrylic and mixed media artist.

Kate Fallick has been a yoga teacher for 20 years. She creates a fun, friendly and safe space for people to explore their bodies, minds and hearts for a healthier and deeper way of life. Kate has taught in Brisbane, London and Hervey Bay and is passionate about sharing yoga, chanting (singing mantras) and has a love for travel and often finds her way back to the Himalayas, home of the yogis.

Wendy and Kate are very excited to meet you and spend the day with you. Don't forget to purchase your ticket asap to ensure a place as numbers are limited.
