Yoga & Beer & Sauna Bliss....enjoy a morning of relaxation, wellness and fun!

 I'm excited to bring this event to my home yoga studio, Myriad, at the Stutz building downtown Indy.
 Hop in Sauna Socials mobile sauna bus for a cozy warm, soothing escape. Stretch and find your Zen with a slow, all levels, yoga class. Enjoy a local craft beer while you unwind and socialize with fellow yogis. 

Did you know my favorite artist, matthewaarons', studio is on the second floor of the Stutz? Wander upstairs and see what Matt's been up to:) He will have some pieces for sale:):):)

The Stutz Holiday Market will be going on, so you could do a little shopping to support some local craft makers while you're nourishing your body and spirit.

Space is limited so be sure to grab a ticket!  Ticket includes yoga class and one beer. I hope I get to see you:) Yoga class starts at 11am.
