Yoga & Bushwalking
Event description
Join us for a unique experience that blends the tranquility of yoga with the rejuvenating power of nature. Discover local places to commune with nature and soak up prana—the life force we often talk about in yoga. Prana is in the breath, the sunlight, the trees, and the very air we breathe. During this event, we’ll generate prana from within through gentle yoga, pranayama and meditation, and soak it up from our natural environment amongst the native Australian bushland.
Our walk will take place in the serene surroundings of Werakata National Park at Lovedale, just a short 20-minute drive from Branxton and 10 minutes from Cessnock. The walking track is reasonably level and smooth, making it ideal for beginners. You can walk at your own pace, allowing you to connect deeply with the environment and your own inner calm.
This is a perfect opportunity to become one with this omnipresent force, connect with like-minded individuals, and enjoy some healthy exercise in nature. After the walk, feel free to catch up over a coffee or savor some native-inspired cuisine at Restaurant Kawul in Pokolbin.
