~
Join us for an afternoon celebrating togetherness as a remedy for loneliness. At YOGA&, we're all about creating spaces beyond the conventional yoga studio where you can forge new friendships and connections.
This event brings together yoga, poetry, and the soothing sounds of live cello to uplift your spirit and inspire creativity.Â
Through a blend of movement, meditation, and creative writing techniques, you'll have the chance to explore the art of poetry and prose in a supportive, fun environment.
Whether you're new to yoga, writing, or both, you're welcome to join our community for an experience filled with creativity, connection, and great conversations. No prior experience needed—just bring an open heart and a curious mind!
