Dharma & Yoga (Online)
Join us every Friday!
Through yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation practices, and Buddhist teachings, we'll explore ways to cultivate greater presence, resilience, and compassion in everyday life.
The class includes guided practice, dharma reflection, and opportunities for inquiry as we learn to bring mindfulness and wisdom into daily life. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have been practicing for years, you are warmly welcome.
Each class features about 40 minutes of yoga and practices that support nervous system regulation, followed by a 20-minute partially guided meditation, a brief Dharma talk, and time for discussion and reflection.
Ashley Sharp has been teaching yoga, embodied mindfulness, and meditation for more than 25 years. Drawing from Buddhist practice, nervous system regulation techniques, and a lifelong love of movement, she offers teachings that are warm, practical, and accessible.
Ashley completed several long term Spirit Rock Meditation Center training programs and has practiced meditation in the Insight tradition for more than two decades. She is the author of Mindfulness for Beginners and the founder of Refuge at Pudding Creek, a small retreat center on the Northern California coast. Her classes weave together meditation, movement, inquiry, and good humor to support greater freedom, kindness, and connection in everyday life.
