Join GSA for a virtual Yoga session with a qualified yoga instructor. Learn the basics of yoga and mindfulness in this non-judgmental all levels session. Implementing a regular yoga practice can boost your wellbeing and even academic performance!
The session will take place on zoom. No equipment required but ensure you have comfy clothes.
