Yoga & Live Sound Healing at McClelland Sculpture Park | Blue Ember Yoga Business Launch Morning

Come and celebrate the launch of Blue Ember Yoga with founder Emily Dance as your yoga teacher and accompanied by @sacredpriestessofthedivine

Holly offers a nurturing sound healing experience with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls designed to complement the many beautiful benefits of yoga. Her sessions invite you into a space of deep rest and inner stillness.

Weaving together sound, breath and embodied presence, Holly honors the art of surrender. Creating space to release tension, restore inner balance and reconnect with the wisdom held within the body. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that healing can unfold when we allow ourselves to slow down, listen inwardly and return to the present moment.

Set amongst the tranquil surroundings of the Sculpture Park, this special experience combines mindful movement, Yin Yoga and sound immersion to nurture a sense of balance, stillness and wellbeing.

Your morning of wellness begins at 9:30am:

20 minutes of warm up and Gentle Vinyasa Flow — mindful movement and breath to awaken the body and create space.
50 minutes of Yin Yoga & Sound Healing — settle into gentle, supported stretches while soothing sounds invite deep relaxation and stillness.
Coffee & Connection — continue the morning with a relaxed catch up at the Gallery Café, with the opportunity to connect with others and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Set within the tranquil Sculpture Park, this experience offers a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a little space for yourself.

Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, all levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and reconnected.

Please note: Entry into the Sculpture park is covered in your ticket price. Coffee and café purchases are not included in the ticket price.

*Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water (yoga props will be provided).
