Join Our 10-Week Pre-Natal Yoga Program!

Are you looking for a nurturing practice to support your pregnancy and prepare for birth? This 5-week series offers intimate pre-natal classes tailored to gently guide you through all stages of pregnancy. With gentle movement as your belly grows, restorative postures to help you slow down, and breath exercises to rebalance your nervous system, you’ll feel prepared and supported. Pelvic floor exercises are included to strengthen and support you for birth and beyond.

All stages are welcome, from the 1st trimester onwards. Classes are held every Thursday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and are available both online or in-person at Yarraville (weather permitting).
