Yoga, Ceremonial Cacao & Sound Bath - Full Moon in Virgo

Come experience the combined benefits of Yoga, Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Bath for a truly beautiful time!
This session will assist you in cleansing and energising Body & Mind and support intentions setting for this Full Moon in Virgo. 
The themes of this Full Moon are centred around detoxification, renewal and grounding, as well as releasing perfectionism and overthinking.

What to expect:
- Pranayama (breathing exercises) and intention setting
- a 45 min dynamic Vinyasa Flow (suitable for all levels with plenty of variations) to move energy through the body and focus the mind.

- We will then mindfully share a cup of Ceremonial Cacao - 100% organic and single-origin Crillio Cacao from Peru - which will assist you in grounding and connecting with yourself.

- Landing with a 30 min Sound Bath Bliss with a set of 7 authentic Tibetan Singing Bowls attuned to each chakra. The soothing sounds and powerful vibrations of the Singing Bowls facilitate an altered state of deep meditation, helping to remove blockages and leaving you cleansed and rejuvenated with a renewed sense of well-being.

Malou is a Yoga teacher and certified Sound Therapist who has been working with Ceremonial Cacao as part of her offerings.

Ceremonial Cacao is a wonderful plant Medicine that contains anandamide, which is a fatty acid neurotransmitter that binds to cannabinoid receptors in the brain and body, stimulating a sense of happiness and overall wellness. Anandamide is the transmitter that gives you a great feeling after a workout aka runner's high! Cacao can help to balance blood sugar levels and increase the blood flow to the brain, which helps create more mental agility, awareness, clarity and focus. It also contains the essential amino acid tryptophan, which increases the production of serotonin, which is a hugely important brain chemical that helps us remain positive and happy!
