Join us for a 2 hour immersion exploring healing practices that aid recovery from Burnout.
It is easy to get dragged into the busyness vortex - to feel rushed, pressured, stressed, fatigued and exhausted. Compassion fatigue, cynicism and emotional reactivity might be some of the warning signs.
If burnout goes on unchecked it can have huge emotional impacts, damaging our physical and mental health.
The good news is there is a lot we can do to help. We will explore ways to recognise, respond and help heal burnout. Nothing is more important than this one precious life and your health and wellbeing.
